The shared dining experiences are served with bread rolls and butter, including ceramic plates, cutlery and quality paper napkins.
Simon's favourite dining style is reminiscent of warm, family gatherings where bowls and platters of delicious dishes are shared among everyone, allowing them to help themselves.
Buffet-style catering is a dining style where a variety of dishes are presented on a separate long table, allowing guests to choose from an assortment of options.
Buffet-style catering offers a wide range of dishes to cater to different tastes and preferences. The menu has three main courses and three side dishes, you can choose a dessert table, or we can slice your cake for you. This variety ensures that guests have ample choices to create personalised meals according to their preferences. Includes bio plates and cutlery.
Alternate Drop Plated
An alternate drop, or plated event, is a dining format commonly used for formal events or weddings.
In this style, guests are served a predetermined selection of dishes in a sequence, with each guest receiving one of two options for each course. The dishes in an alternate drop or plated event are meticulously plated and presented to showcase their visual appeal. Garnishes and drizzles of sauce enhance the overall aesthetic appeal. The attention to detail in the plating reflects the formal nature of the event.

Stand-up style catering encourages guests to interact and mingle with each other. Since there are no assigned seats, guests are free to move around the event space, socialise, and engage in conversations while enjoying the food with hands and fork-style meals. This format creates a more dynamic and casual atmosphere, promoting networking and social interaction among attendees.

A culinary adventure shared together
In our unique dining experience, each guest will have the opportunity to savour four distinct dishes, carefully crafted to captivate their taste buds and immerse them in a world of amazing flavours. Our dedicated Good 2 Eat team will be there, passionately engaging with your guests, providing an exceptional level of service as they present and describe each dish, and adding to the overall dining experience. We recommend allowing approx one hour for the four dishes.
To further enhance the culinary journey, we offer the option to expand the selection with additional delights, such as a grazing table brimming with an array of delectable treats. This allows guests to explore even more tastes and textures, creating a truly unforgettable dining experience.
Bite sized canapes and small meals
This is a social style event where seating is not required. There is Continuous food service throughout the event, usually over a two hour period. Staff circulate the event space with trays of freshly prepared three bite-size canapés & three small-size meals, offering a variety of options to guests throughout the duration of the event, making sure nobody goes hungry.
Stand-up style catering often offers a diverse menu with a wide range of finger foods and small meals to suit different tastes and dietary preferences. The menu can include options for meat lovers, vegetarians, vegans, and those with specific dietary restrictions. Offering guests six different dishes to excite the guest's palate.

Grazing stations are popular, offering a selection of cheeses, meats, pickled & fermented vegetables with bread, fruit & crackers. Providing a visual and engaging way of feeding your guests, allowing them to select what and how much they’d like to eat. These tables are a great way to kick off an event or to satisfy the hunger after a long night of parting.
By incorporating welcome canapés, you introduce a greater variety of flavours, textures, andpresentations to your event's menu. This allows guests to mingle with a drink and a bite or two.
Desserts & Petit Fours
A canapé dessert station is versatile and can be set up in various event settings. Whether it's a formal event, wedding, cocktail party, or corporate gathering, the dessert station can be tailored to suit the occasion. It works as a standalone station or can be incorporated into a larger dessert buffet for variety.
